We ship from Singapore.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. As a small studio, we take care with every parcel, and we sincerely thank you for your patience.

Singapore delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat rate of SGD 6 for standard delivery and SGD 15 for express delivery. We also offer free shipping over SGD 50.

International delivery

For international deliveries, please email us at → hello@threadsandknots.com, and we can get back to you with delivery details and timelines.

 

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

Lost or delayed parcels
