What we collect

When you shop with us or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment provider Shopify Payments - we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, respond to your questions, send order updates, and only if you opt in — share occasional news about new collections and the artisans behind them. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the partners needed to run our store, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
